Job Profile :

  • Responsible for evaluation of qualification criteria in tender notices/bid documents

  • Sourcing of projects through various resources.

  • Should understand Objectives, Scope of Services and Contract Agreement

  • Should able to identify Content of Expression of Interest / Technical Proposals

  • Identify the opportunities for tie-up, Joint Ventures etc.

  • Preparation of Pre/Post-qualification, interest expression documents, Joint venture agreements, Bid securities for Tender operations

  • Calculation of bid capacities for projects prior to tendering.

  • Co-ordination with Associates / JV Partners

  • Maintaining records of all plants, equipments, manpower, annual production of quantities of works, financial resources, Bank Guarantees and all other technical/financial data required for tendering operations

  • Preparation of Construction schedule, Cash Flow Statements, Method Statements, Q.A / Q.C Plan, Traffic management plan, SHE Plans for tender submission

  • Preparation of ‘Technical Specifications’, ‘Bills of Quantities’ from drawings and all other necessary documentation for submission of tender

The candidate should have experience in handling Business development, client and vendor relations. Should have experience in both new construction, operation and maintenance type projects. Should have good skills in MS Office and Project softwares.

  • Cost projection for alternate design proposals for economic analysis

  • Estimation/segregation of quantities of items of work as per detailed ‘Work Breakdown Structure’(WBS) from GFC drawings and BOQ

  • Detailed planning of work (breakdown into WBS) post receipt of L.O.I/signing of contract agreement for submission to client including procurement schedule of materials, equipment and machineries for completion of all items of work as per given milestones

  • Preparation and transmittal of Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Progress reports

  • Preparation of detailed post-tender Construction schedule, Cash Flow Statements, Method Statements, Q.A / Q.C Plans

Job Profile :

  • Independently handle design, site measurements, manage site, and supervise projects

  • Responsible for all stages from concept, presentation, designing, coordination ,execution and commissioning

  • Select or design and purchase furnishings, art works, and accessories

  • Work closely with the business development & Marketing teams in enabling community building and client acquisition

  • Confer with clients to determine factors affecting planning interior environments such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function

  • Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, plumbers etc. to ensure job success

  • Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to clients for approval

  • Oversee fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall coverings, art work, furniture, and related items

  • Render design ideas in form of blow-ups or drawings

  • Handling customer issues and managing client engagement independently

Essential Requirement :

 

The candidate should have good understanding of latest material. Must have strong knowledge of 2D and translate the same into detailed designs and working drawings. Should have excellent skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, Illustrator, Photoshop, Imageready softwares.

They should be able to work under pressure and setbacks and be reliable in meeting deadlines. All candidates should be regular, pro-active, patient & committed, have good organizational skills, attention to detail, carefully following instruction and an eye for accuracy in works. They should have proficiency in speaking and writing English. bengali and hindi languages, good communication skills. They should have good timekeeping and work ethic that is characterized by commitment, motivation and energy. They should possess ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people and work co-operatively with others. Should have understanding of all I.S., BIS and other relevant codes. They should be aware of and have access to latest market rates of materials, labour and machinery hire in/ around Kolkata. All positions shall be computer literate and able to handle all communications viz. e-mail,internet, courier, fax etc. of their own. 

General Experience Criteria for all positions:

Experience in real estate, banking, retail, roads and other infrastructure projects.

Job Location:
The positions relate to work at GEBAUDE’s Corporate Office in Dumdum, Kolkata, WEST BENGAL as principal duty station. However the positions shall be required to work also at Customer/Client’s office/Project sites for the purpose of rendering of their duties.
